AML/KYC Statement

Scope of This Statement

GetWellTrades sells digital products and services — Expert Advisors (EAs), Premium Signals subscriptions, VPS access, and similar digital goods — paid for directly in USDT (TRC20). This statement explains how those payments are handled with respect to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) considerations.

How Payments Work

To purchase a product, you send the exact USDT price to a fixed deposit address shown at checkout. We verify that payment against our own account's blockchain/exchange deposit records, matched by transaction hash, before granting access to the product. We do not ask for or store your wallet's private keys, seed phrase, or any wallet credentials at any point.

No Custodial Wallet or Balance Service

GetWellTrades does not hold an ongoing balance on your behalf, does not offer wallet-to-wallet transfers, and does not process withdrawals. Each payment is a one-directional, one-time (or subscription-period) purchase of a specific digital product at its stated price — not a deposit into a custodial account you can later withdraw from. Broker trading accounts, where applicable, are opened and funded directly with the third-party broker, not through GetWellTrades — see our Affiliate & Broker Disclosure.

Verification and Recordkeeping

We record each order's product, price, status, and the transaction hash used to pay for it, tied to your GetWellTrades account. We may decline, delay, or reverse access to a product if a payment cannot be verified, appears fraudulent, or if a submitted transaction hash is reused across orders.

Your Responsibility

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. It is your responsibility to send the correct amount, in USDT on the TRC20 network, to the exact address shown at checkout. GetWellTrades cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address or on an unsupported network.

GetWellTrades is not a licensed money services business, virtual asset service provider, or financial institution. This statement describes our own operational practices and is not a representation of regulatory compliance in any specific jurisdiction.
