Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Our Expert Advisors (EAs), Premium Signals subscriptions, VPS access, and other digital products are delivered electronically, immediately upon payment verification. Because of this instant delivery, and because payments are made in USDT — a cryptocurrency that cannot be reversed the way a card payment or bank transfer can — all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a payment has been verified and a product has been delivered or access has been granted.

2. Subscription Renewals

Premium Signals subscriptions are prepaid access passes, not auto-recurring charges — there is nothing to actively cancel. Access simply continues until the period you already paid for expires; renew it any time by purchasing another period. We do not refund any part of an already-paid period.

3. Exceptions

We will consider a resolution — at our discretion, and not as a guaranteed refund — for a confirmed duplicate charge or a verified technical failure on our end that prevented product delivery or access after payment was confirmed. Requests must be submitted via our Contact page with your order ID and a description of the issue.

4. Not Covered

We do not provide refunds for: trading losses or results from using our EAs or signals, dissatisfaction with performance, change of mind after purchase, or any request submitted after the product has been downloaded (EAs/other digital products) or accessed (Premium Signals, VPS).
